I have attended numerous training events / conferences around self harm, dissociation, personality disorder, attachment to name a few. I have also completed a three year experiential training course in Body Psychotherapy. In addition to the above I am an EMDR practitioner. See www.emdrassociation.org.uk My work has mainly been working within the voluntary sector; working within secondary care offering counselling to individuals who have experienced trauma and the effects on mind and body.
